Community Voice

The Community Information Exchange (CIE) hosted a series of Affinity Groups beginning in 2023. An affinity group is a cohort model for partners to collaborate together in support of a common goal. CIE Affinity Groups use a cohort learning model to help organizations explore how CIE can support their mission, and then apply those learnings, through focused pilot strategies, that improve care coordination, service delivery and the well-being of their communities.

These groups were designed for community-based organizations and agency service providers, who facilitate access to health and social services, based around needs. The CIE wants to continue facilitating dialogue and learn how we can all improve service & program offerings in San Diego County.
