Membership

The CIE National Member Network brings together key stakeholders across sectors who sharing innovations in designing and implementing community-led care infrastructure from emerging CIE models across the nation. Members include backbone organizations, social and health care providers, funders, policymakers, researchers and academia, technology vendors, technical assistance and consultants, and community members who are connecting to focus on lessons learned, best practices, and practical applications across early to late stages of planning and implementation. Shared learning includes innovative approaches to shared governance, community voice, health data utility, technical infrastructure, and interoperability.
