Jessica Peter is the Vice President of External Affairs at 211 San Diego where she is responsible for the development and management of strategies to build 211 San Diego’s presence within the community. Committed to building connections for the people we serve and organizations we work with, Jessica builds and maintains relationships with community partners, participates in regional conversations that may benefit people seeking access to resources, and oversees traditional and digital marketing efforts. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Scripps College and a certificate in project management and teaching credential from San Diego State University. She has been working in the nonprofit sector for nearly two decades and has played a number of roles as a member of the 211 team since 2009.
