Aidee Roman brings over 17 years of experience in non-profit and community work with expertise in database management, community services, and partner relationship management.

During her tenure at 211, she has served in multiple roles which have contributed to her passion to learn more about the needs of the community and seek ways to support the overall vision to ensure people have equitable access to resources to sustain health and wellness.  She believes every day is a new opportunity to learn and do something new.As the Community Partnership Manager, she manages the communication and support for the CIE Partner Network of more than 1,000 users.  She manages the direct referral process and onboarding and oversees the helpdesk support team to ensure successful integration and ongoing utilization of the CIE platform.  She is a key team member of the CIE Partner Network that is working to build a sustained and fully integrated system of care across San Diego County.

Aidee enjoys traveling, listening to music, walks, concerts, farmers markets, and spending time with her three children, family, and friends.
