Elizabeth is one  of nine siblings- all born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico. ​She earned a BA in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine and previously served as a Client Services Supervisor at 211 San Diego​.

Elizabeth is responsible for supporting engagement efforts, onboarding and utilization of the Community Information Exchange​.

She enjoys outdoor activities- camping (beach), hiking, biking, soccer and watch true crime /serial killer shows.
