Jessica Osborne-Stafsnes is the Chief Operating Officer at the North Coast Health Improvement and Information Network. Jessica has successfully lead numerous community health improvement and innovation projects, including establishing Humboldt County’s Accountable Community for Health and leading efforts to develop North Coast Care Connect (Humboldt County’s Community Information Exchange). A native of Humboldt County, Jessica graduated from George Washington University in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Quality, and values the opportunity to work with colleagues across sectors to improve systems in the community in which she was born and raised.
