Join us for the 8th Annual CIE Summit! This hybrid event will be hosted in person at the University of San Diego campus’ Hahn University Center. This year will kick off with a pre-conference CIE 101 session on June 24th and two full days of engaging sessions on June 25-26. Virtual attendees will be joining on our conference app, powered by Whova.
This year’s content will focus on sharing innovations in designing and implementing community-led care infrastructure from emerging CIE models across the nation. Workshops will focus on lessons learned, best practices, and practical applications across early to late stages of planning and implementation. Topics will also focus on innovative approaches to shared governance, community voice, health data utility, technical infrastructure, and interoperability.
Each session will spotlight tools and resources that can be brought back to your own community for application. You will have the option to select from the following breakout tracks tailored to the different stages of building a CIE.
We welcome submissions on Emerging Models from the Field for consideration for an in-person roundtable or virtual poster presentation.
Selected presenters will highlight hot topics, innovative approaches, and promising practices, as well as field-level research and data to the benefit of community-led care infrastructures across the nation. Presenters are strongly encouraged to highlight and share tangible tools and resources that have useful and practical applications for community-led care coordination data-sharing efforts. Presenters may consider sharing toolkits, screenings and assessments, program evaluation tools, workflows, documented best practices, manuals, or other resources that your community has developed.
All Summit content, from the sessions to virtual networking, will only be accessible through Whova’s mobile or web app. You won’t need to leave the app for any conference activities, but you must register for an account to access them.
