COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

In accordance with California state law, attendees do not have to provide proof of COVID vaccination nor are they required to wear masks to attend the conference. Nevertheless, masking is highly encouraged and masks will be made available for those who need them.

If you are feeling ill or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks, we ask that you attend the conference virtually instead of in person. During the conference, if at any point you become ill, please notify a 211/CIE San Diego staff member and prepare to leave the event and join the conference virtually. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms at any point we encourage you to take a COVID-19 test and isolate yourself until you receive a negative test result and your symptoms resolve.

If any questions arise before, during, or after the conference, please contact a 211/CIE San Diego staff member at the conference or email [email protected].

The CIE California Forum will be an inside/outside event with some portions of the event and meals taking place outside. We recommend business casual attire with layers to accommodate changing temperatures.

Although we will provide tents and shaded areas for outdoor sessions, please be sure to bring sunscreen!
