A virtual event makes it possible to extend CIE Summit content to communities that would otherwise not be able to join us due to travel and lodging costs. We hope you will join us in encouraging and welcoming others to participate!

We also encourage you to join our CIE National Movement by initiating or renewing your membership! CIE National Membership is a year-long subscription to a collaborative learning group that enables communities to learn from each other about the various community-led care coordination work being done across the nation. CIE Members have access to quarterly CIE Networking activities and new resources, and the opportunity to collaborate with the CIE National Team to develop new resources, inform policy efforts and collaborate on joint funding opportunities when possible.
